today was an absolutely random day.
The following conversation is re-enacted very vaguely. Please do not ask what the blanks are. They are obviously there because I forgot what EXACTLY was the conversation. Who remembers conversations so well anyway? -.- If the conversation sounds unfamiliar to you, Yi Jia and Gladys, I am writing this based on very very faint memory of the conversation.
Yi Jia, Gladys and I were talking.
Gladys: There's this bread at _____ that is totally black. It's called charcoal bread. Nobody eats eat.
Me: I know how to change the bread's colour! Spread butter all over it. It would be YELLOW! :D
*acts out how i'd spread the butter and eat the bread*
Yi Jia: BUTTER? That's so fattening. One mouth and you'll go *boof*.
The three of us start laughing like mad.
Later...
Yi Jia was saying something about Gladys and a wolf.
Gladys: What's a wolf?
Me: It's the "ancestor" of dogs.
Yi Jia: A dog is a wolf and a bear mixed together.
Me: Really? I thought dogs were just domesticated wolves.
Later, the conversation eventually became like this...
Yi Jia: So, a bear and a wolf is a boof?
We start laughing like mad clowns again.
Me: You said boof when like someone gains weight. So when you gain weight, you will make that sound and attract a boof?
Continues laughing like crazy.
Me: How do you spell boof?
Yi Jia: B-O-O-F.
Me: I thought B-O-L-F?
Yi Jia: Hard to pronounce.
